The "LoLo" (Loose & Local) is based in a very special location in Kehl, Germany: In a former church, the café with its zero waste shop follows the approach of consistently doing without plastic and other packaging. In addition to seasonal vegetarian and vegan treats, the menu also includes homemade lemonades and iced teas. They are filled into glass swing-top bottles and washed in our special bottle washing system. Chef Jenny Weinhold is talking about the application of our machines since the opening in autumn 2021.
