Offenburg/Bratislava – At the international trade show DANUBIUS GASTRO 2018 (Bratislava, Slovakia) HOBART won the same named award. In the Equipment category, the world market leader for commercial warewashing convinced the jurors with its PREMAX AUP hood-type dishwasher which combines efficient warewashing with great operating comfort and low operating costs.
With a fresh water consumption of only 1.4 litres per rack, the HOBART AUP is the most economical hood-type dishwasher in the world. The PERMANENT-CLEAN automatic soil removal is, among other things, a standard feature of the PREMAX AUP hood-type models. Thanks to this tool, pre-washing of the wash ware by hand is now a thing of the past. The reason is the new filter system which directly pumps any food waste out of the machine. Therefore, the PERMANENT-CLEAN automatic soil removal not only saves staff and operational costs, but also protects the environment and provides permanently clean wash water inside the machine.
